Eleven LTTE officers and a sailor, killed by the Sri Lankan Navy. Five Navy gunboats surrounded, attacked and sunk the LTTE vessel which was transporting fuel, killing all on board. This is a serious breach of the Ceasefire Agreement. Complaint lodged with the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission.
